Common Questions

-Do you require a deposit?

Generally a $35 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the rental order and the remaining balance to be paid on rental day.

-What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, Credits Cards, Checks are accepted.

-What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time before we set up the rental equipment, once the equipment is set up full payment is required and no refunds regardless of weather or use time, if you decide to cancel prior to set up for any reason, you can reschedule the rental to another day.

-What is the weather policy?

 If Winds exceeds 20 mph we can not set up the bounce houses or tents due to safety concerns.

If starts raining after we set up there will be no refunds and the bounce house blower has to be turned off to avoid electrocution and motor damage.

-Do you rent to parks?

Yes, we do rent to any park districts. We are an approved vendor for the Midlothian Park District and also Will County Forest Preserve.

-What kind of surfaces the bounce houses and slides can be set up?

bounce houses and slides can be set up on concrete and lawn only(no sand or gravel) and on a flat surface to avoid accidents.

-Is the equipment clean?

Every single item is inspected and cleaned before and after each rental.
